If the dispute remains unresolved after this period, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, void, or unenforceable under UAE law by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect and shall be construed as if the severed provision had not been included.

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Orpheus Technologies FZ LLC with respect to your use of this Site. They supersede all prior communications, representations, understandings, or agreements — whether oral or written — relating to your use of this Site.

No waiver of any term of this agreement shall be deemed a continuing waiver of such term, nor a waiver of any other term. Our failure to assert any right under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
